in the last weekVery odd stay. Upon check in was helped by Willy and Parker who were both delightful and what you’d expect from a high end hotel. Had a nice stay, until early the next morning. They had small tubes of body lotion in the room, which were enough for one leg after swimming/bathing. Called down to desk, and a “Brian” answered the phone. I asked for 3-4 more of the small lotions, and he suggested I come up to the lobby and buy a bottle. Upon going upstairs to the lobby, I found “Brian” to look exactly like I’d imagined. Think an extra in Portlandia. I’ve been blessed to stay in some of the finest hotels in the world, and in 60 years I’ve never had anyone be such a miser on amenities. I’m assuming they came out of his paycheck? This was more like the behavior of a motel owner on 82nd in Portland, not one top ranked hotels in Oregon. Called the GM and left a message, but sadly it appears she doesn’t have time to respond to messages. End of the day it’s a beautiful property, that is a long way from everything else. Better service would have been appreciated, but oh well.

2 weeks agoFantastic, 5-Star Inn! All rooms are modern and immaculate, especially the pent house level. Amazing food & wine, interior is comfortable and luxurious. Other amenities include pool & hot tub, exercise room, spa, beautiful garden & vineyard for walks, valet, complimentary gifts in the room and more.
